The Culver-Stockton College Theatre Department is offering two radio dramas this month that were first presented in the 1940s and 1950s.

The Culver-Stockton College Department of Theatre will present its next mainstage production, "The Blind," in a virtual format beginning at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23 and available through midnight on Saturday, Oct. 31.

The Culver-Stockton Theatre Department will present its first production of the fall semester on Sept. 18-20 with the C-SC Theatre Cafe.

An eclectic group of six pre-teens vie for the spelling championship of a lifetime as the Culver-Stockton College theatre department will be presenting "The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee" at three regional high schools in March and in the Mabee Little Theatre in the Robert W. Brown Performance Arts Center on the C-SC campus in April.

Culver-Stockton College will be presenting "The Vagina Monologues" in the Mabee Little Theater in the lower level of the Robert W. Brown Performing Arts Center in February. Performances are scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 13, 14 and 15, with a 3 p.m. matinee set for Feb. 16.

The Culver-Stockton College Concert Choir, Chamber Choir and Ocho, the a cappella choir, will make six appearances during its annual fall tour in October, concluding with a 3 p.m. performance on Oct. 13 in the Robert W. Brown Performing Arts Center.

Culver-Stockton College will have four performances of the zany Monty Python musical comedy "Spamalot" this month at the Alexander Campbell Auditorium in the Robert W. Brown Performing Arts Center.

Six Culver-Stockton College students were selected to the All-Collegiate Band that performed during the final night of ceremonies at the Missouri Music Education Association Workshop/Conference at Tan-Tar-A Resort in Osage Beach, Mo.

The Culver-Stockton College Opera Workshop presents "Jack and the Beanstalk" on April 27-28. The opera will be performed at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, April 27 in Merillat Hall in the Robert W. Brown Performing Arts Center, and at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 28 at the Lewis Street Playhouse in downtown Canton.

Eight Culver-Stockton College students were selected to perform with the 2015 All-Collegiate Choir at the Missouri Music Educators Association Conference (MMEA), held in Osage Beach, Mo., Jan. 28-31. This choir was comprised of more than 200 students from all of Missouri's colleges and universities.

Five students competed in the Irene Ryan Acting Competition against over 300 students from colleges in the Midwest at the annual Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival (KCACTF). Four other students accompanied the competitors as acting partners.
