William Wilson Inducted into Phi Alpha Theta National History Honor Society

Culver-Stockton College is proud to announce William Wilson, a sophomore history and English major from Pleasant Hill, Mo., was recently inducted into the Alpha Eta Lambda chapter of the Phi Alpha Theta Honor Society.

Faculty sponsor D'Ann Campbell, professor of history, along with Scott Giltner, assistant professor of history, welcomed 11 new members into the society. Phi Alpha Theta has over 350,000 members with about 9,500 new members joining every year. The mission of Phi Alpha Theta is to promote the study of history through the encouragement of research, good teaching, publication and exchange of learning and ideas among historians.

Culver-Stockton is a baccalaureate college located in Canton, Mo., on a bluff overlooking the Mississippi River. C-SC is in association with the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).
