Reed Lunsford Named HAAC Track Athlete of the Week

Culver-Stockton College sprinter Reed Lunsford has been named the Heart of America Athletic Conference (HAAC) Track Athlete of the Week for his performance during the Central Methodist Early Bird last Saturday in Fayette, Mo.

Lunsford, a senior from St. Charles, Mo. (Francis Howell North HS), captured the 100-meter and 200-meter dashes during the day. He posted a winning time of 11.19 seconds in the 100 meters, and a time of 22.34 seconds in the 200 meters. In addition, Lunsford was a member of the 4x400 relay team that finished in first place, and the 4x100 relay team that took second place.

The Wildcats are scheduled to participate in the Central Methodist University Invitational this Saturday, April 5, in Fayette.
