Lacey Clark Named Student Athlete of the Month

Culver-Stockton College junior Lacey Clark has been named the Primo's Pizza and Subs Student Athlete of the Month for December.

Clark (Belle, MO 65013 / Maries County R-II HS), a 5-foot-10 guard, is a three-year letterwinner on the women's basketball team. In 24 games this season, Clark is averaging 11 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game. She leads the Wildcats with 37 3-pointers, including a school-record eight treys against Missouri Valley College on Feb. 7.

In her career, Clark has appeared in 78 career games to date, making 32 starts in the span. She has a career average of 7.4 points, 2.7 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game. She was named to the Heart of America Athletic Conference team as an honorable mention selection in 2017.

Off the court, Clark is pursuing a degree in nursing. She has been named to the President's List one time and Dean' List two times during her career.

Clark is the fourth Primo's Student-Athlete of the Month for the 2017-18 school year. Junior women's volleyball player Anna Stock was honored in September, senior football player Matt Kelly was honored in October and junior bowler Joey Krzywonos was honored in November.
