Kelsey Mitchell accepted to Culver-Stockton College

Kelsey Mitchell of Waynesville Senior High School, in Saint Robert, Mo., has been accepted to Culver-Stockton College for enrollment in the fall 2016 semester. Along with acceptance to the College, Mitchell has been awarded the Hilltop Scholarship, a four-year award. Mitchell's anticipated major is elementary education.
