Kelly Earns Postseason Honor from Heart of America Athletic Conference

Four Culver-Stockton College football players have been named to the Heart of America Athletic Conference North Division's second team for their play during the 2016 campaign. Three other players were honorable mention selections.

Named to the second team were quarterback Matt Gunterman, receivers Lamont Clarke and John Haarmann, and tight end Fred Moore III. Players receiving honorable mention accolades were running back Stephen Murphy, offensive lineman Jordan Kibby and safety Matt Kelly.

Kelly, a junior from Mundelein, (Carmel HS), was second on the team with 71 total tackles. He registered 40 unassisted tackles, 6.5 tackles for loss, had three passes defended and recovered two fumbles.
