Hickman, Stock Named to All-Heart Women's Volleyball Team

Culver-Stockton College outside hitter Gabriella Hickman and defensive specialist Anna Stock were named to the Heart of America Athletic Conference all-conference team Tuesday as the conference released its end of season awards.

Hickman, a junior from Albuquerque, N.M. 87112 (Fort Lewis College / Eldorado HS), and Stock, a junior from Quincy, Ill. (Quincy HS), both earned honorable mention selections for their play during the season.

Hickman, in her first season with the Wildcats, recorded a team-high 348 kills, which ranked 14th in the Heart. She had a .193 hitting percentage, which tied for the team honors, and 274 digs, which ranked third on the team. Hickman also registered a team-high 32 service aces and nine double-doubles

Stock totaled a team-best 417 digs, which ranked 15th in the Heart, and had a team-best 531 passes. She was third on the team with 27 service aces. Stock was one of three players to play in all 33 matches for the Wildcats, playing in a team-high 124 sets.

In her career, Stock recorded 822 career digs in 262 sets played, an average of 3.14 digs per set. She also totaled 53 career service aces, 60 kills and 70 set assists.
