Cheyenne Peterson inducted into Lambda Pi Eta

Cheyenne Peterson, junior public relations major from Franklinton, NC, was among eight students inducted into Culver-Stockton's chapter of Lambda Pi Eta, the National Communication Association's Official Honor Society. Students, parents and friends welcomed the new members into the society during an induction ceremony April 18, 2016 on the campus of Culver-Stockton College.

Lambda Pi Eta has over 400 active chapters at 4-year colleges and universities worldwide. To be eligible for membership, undergraduate students must have completed at least 60 semester credit hours, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and rank in the top 35 percent of their class. They must also have completed at least 12 semester credit hours within the field of communications, with a minimum of a 3.25 GPA in those courses. Once inducted, members belong to Lambda Pi Eta for life.
