C-SC student Jacklyn Strouse completes professional internship

Jacklyn Strouse, senior business major from Braidwood, Ill., recently completed an internship with Edward Jones Trust Company in St. Louis, Mo. During the internship, Strouse spent her time gaining experience in a corporate environment and learning about the trust and finance industries.

Culver-Stockton College offers two types of internships to students: professional and exploratory. Professional internships focus on students gaining skills in a field of study they have already chosen, while exploratory internships focus on students learning more about an industry to be better able to choose their area of study.
