Brittney McMahon Named to NSCAA All-Midwest Region Team

Culver-Stockton forward Brittney McMahon has been named to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) All-Midwest Region second team for her play during the 2015 season.

McMahon, a senior from St. Louis, Mo. (63125) (Hancock Place HS), registered a team-high seven goals and six assists for 20 overall points. The seven goals tied for 13th in the Heart of America Athletic Conference, her six assists were tied for seventh, and her 20 points tied for 13th overall in the league. McMahon also had four game-winning goals this season, which tied for third in the Heart.

In addition, McMahon was named to the All-Heart All-Conference team for the fourth straight season, earning 2nd team honors. She was also named second team in 2012 and 2014, and third team in 2013.

The Wildcats completed the 2015 campaign with a 12-6-1 overall record and placed fifth in the in the Heart with a 6-4 league record, which was the first winning record in conference play in school history.
