Brittney McMahon Named Female Athlete of the Year

Culver-Stockton College held its annual All-Sports Award Banquet April 25 as nearly 500 student-athletes, administrators, coaches and friends filled the C-SC dining hall inside the Crown Center to celebrate the academic and athletic achievements of the Wildcat Athletic Department during the 2015-16 school year.

The Female Athlete of the Year award was given to senior women's soccer player Brittney McMahon.

McMahon, a senior from St. Louis, Mo. 63125 (Hancock Place HS), registered a team-high seven goals and six assists for 20 overall points. The seven goals tied for 13th in the Heart of America Athletic Conference, her six assists were tied for seventh, and her 20 points tied for 13th overall in the league. McMahon also had four game-winning goals this season, which tied for third in the Heart.

In addition, McMahon was named to the All-Heart All-Conference team for the fourth straight season, earning 2nd team honors. She was also named second team in 2012 and 2014, and third team in 2013.
